Instructions (NOTE: This is only for renewals that do not have changes to your existing dog licence. Any changes such as new address, contact number, adjustment to account for neutered or spayed status, change of ownership of dog, or deceased dog are to be submitted to doglicence@richmond.ca or call Community Bylaws at 604-247-4633) 1. Enter your Dog Licence Account Number AND Access Code as they appear on your Renewal Invoice then Click on the Search button. 2. The Account Number and Access Code can be found on the right-hand side of the Renewal Notice that was sent to you. 3. Licences renewed or purchased online can take up to 10 business days to be processed. Upon completion, a dog licence decal will be mailed to your account address. 4.
